wye valley flowers
bouquets & gifts

Our hand-tied bouquets are available from March to November, each capturing a snapshot of the best blooms and foliage that season. In Spring the bouquets may include gorgeous tissue-like ranunculus, budded twigs and tulip bulbs straight out of a Dutch painting.

In Summer we incorporate the changing palette of the season from pastels through to the jewel-like colours of later Summer, followed by blousy dahlias into Autumn. We grow many varieties and flowers you wouldn’t usually find in a traditional florist, often because they don’t transport well – this includes camassia, scabious, sweet pea trails, bupleurum, apple mint, cerinthe, clary sage, and many more!

It is difficult to conceive that something so natural as cut flowers can cause problems that lead to climate change, microplastic pollution, poor working conditions and high volumes of landfill waste. The average shop-bought bouquet has travelled 4,000 miles, sometimes further in costly chiller units, often wrapped in layers of plastic collars and pouches to protect their delicate heads.

Our stunning spiral, hand-tied bouquets come beautifully gift-wrapped, with our signature navy tissue, a choice of message card and sustainable craft paper or gift bag. We don’t use cellophane, water pouches, plastic ribbons, or other decorations – the flowers are the stars!

The first thing a recipient does when they receive a bouquet is to breathe in its scent – for that (and other reasons) we don’t use chemicals or pesticides when we grow.

We can offer extras, such as a matching glass vase to display the bouquet in, and offer a range in our shop. Please ask for photos.

Our bouquets start at £25 up to £100, depending on size and focal flower type. We sometimes have smaller posies or jam jars in the shop ready-made.

How to order

As our flowers are seasonal, we don’t offer a catalogue of identical bouquets, all year round. Each one is unique and will change from day to day! We like to get to know our customers and can advise on the availability of particular blooms or colour.

Visit – Our flower farm has a new shop on site (opening Spring 2023), called The Potting Shed which offers a range of bouquets, PYO bunches, gifts and homeware inspiration. Our opening hours are generally Weds to Saturday morning, from March to December, but please call ahead if you are travelling. Stay up to date with what we are doing at Wye Valley Flowers by following our Social Media Channels on Facebook & Instagram.

Call/email – To make an enquiry or place an order, please call 07555 392173 or Email Us. You can place an order Monday to Saturday morning, with 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability. We love to hear from our customers, so let us know your budget, any message and the date for collection. We will then send you our BACS details or a payment link; once we receive payment we will send a photo of the bouquet when it is ready to go.

Gift cards – Each bouquet comes with a free, Wye Valley Flowers standard gift card (2×3”) and flower care instructions. We also offer our own cards (4×4”) and envelopes, with a photo of our flowers or special event cards, such as Valentine’s or Mother’s Day. These are suitable for special occasions or longer messages and cost £1.50 each.

Gift vouchers – We have luxury printed and packaged gift vouchers, available in any denomination. Valid for one year. These can be posted out free of charge or added to a flower order. Hint – £30 is an ideal amount for the recipient to order a bouquet or to book one of our workshops!

Delivery – We currently only offer delivery within 10 miles of our farm, for an additional £5. We can arrange the collection of orders from the farm at any time to suit.
